We are aware of the financial impact the government shutdown has on federal employees. We appreciate all the hard work our members do and want to offer our assistance with the following financial assistance options.
HUDFCU's Skip-A-Pay program allows you to skip a single payment on a qualifying loan and use those funds for other expenses. The Credit Union will issue a one-time fee waiver for any government employee that may need to utilize the program during a shutdown.
*Members may only skip one payment per year. Available for auto, she secured and signature loans. Excludes credit cards, home equities and mortgages. Verification of federal employment is required. Interest will continue to accumulate on the outstanding balance, increasing the total cost of borrowing and extending the term of the loan.
